HUGE update regarding our lawsuit to fund abortions again –

The AG’s attorneys also argued against how public we are about abortion support and the scale to which we serve abortion seeking Alabamians.
Jamila Johnson, representing Yellowhammer Fund via The Lawyering Project, countered that First Amendment protected free speech could apply to sharing information with one person and/or a group of people.
Johnson also affirmed that Alabamians have a right to travel out of state for legal care and that organizations like Yellowhammer Fund should be able to provide wraparound holistic support.
