In the wake of the murder of George Floyd by the Minneapolis police department, rallies and protests spread across the nation as people demand justice and the end of racist violence at the hands of cops. In Tuscaloosa, hundreds of marchers rallied in the Government Plaza to fight for equality, including Yellowhammer’s Heidi Miller and one of our favorite allies, Travis Jackson.
